Rules and Conditions
Below will list some rules that all members
MUST follow. Any player's refusing or caught doing otherwise will be dealt with accordingly. This could result in a minor ban/restriction of events. If the report is major, this could result up to an IP ban and getting kicked from Zero Legends.
Basic Rules:- Respect and follow ALL instructions given by leader and/or higher officials.
- Treat all members as you would like to be treated.
- Be loyal to Zero Legends. Example, Joining other clans or being a pest within our community is not accepted.
- Try your best to show up to our prepped events. Thus meaning, sign up for events posted, and if you can not make it, let us know!
Forum, IRC Channel, Ventrilo & Clan Chat Rules:- Please do not spam our communication windows.
- Double check the directory you are in before posting or creating topics. This helps our Application Managers have less work by our members using the appropriate topics.
- If you are going to be inactive for a longer period of time, please PM one of our officials and tell us the reason why you are going away.
- Avatars can
NOT have any sexual or racist content to them. As funny as some of them may be, some people may be offended by this.
- Within Ventrilo, please try to use a Hot Key to speak. This cuts down unwanted noise and makes it easier for our clan to communicate.
Reporting:- If you are having troubles with one of our members, please refrain from "getting back" at them or snapping on them. Simply PM one of our officials and let us know about the problem. We will discuss it with the person, and take actions accordingly.
- Only PM us about problems with another member if it is a little more than minor. We don't want to hear about issues that can be resolved by you and the player alone. Try to get along with everyone and stay on their good sides.
- Do not report players to us just because you don't like them and want to get them into trouble. Any member caught doing so will be punished themselves for taking such action.
Banned Members:Any members that has been banned/temporarily restricted to events may try one of the following to reduce the offense and speed up your ban time.
- Write the victim of the offense you committed, an apology letter. Politely tell them that you are sorry and the offense will never happen again.
- Appeal to myself or higher officials through PM or our Messaging System within the forums. Tell us that you are truly sorry for what you have done and if the offense has been resolved between you and the other player.
If all of these rules are kept in the back of your mind and you follow every one of them, things will go smoothly and we wont have any problems!
